Welcome to our terms and conditions of use . Please read them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. We also encourage you to read our Privacy Policy regarding the personal information you provide.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice. Changes will be applied to all subsequent orders received.
Delivery, returns and exchanges
Delivery charges and estimated times are specified in the Shipping section of the site. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please refer to the Returns section for complete returns information. Your legal rights are not affected.
We ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), so any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches the destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order so that you are not surprised by charges you did not expect.
Keep in mind that your package may also be delayed due to customs and additional charges may apply. We have no control over this and cannot provide any details about why or how long your package will be delayed.
Refunds can only be made to the original payment card.
Our right to not accept your order or cancel your purchase
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (among other) the following situations, without being liable for any damages or costs:
- * product is out of stock/in stock (any payments will be refunded);
- * Your billing information is incorrect or unverifiable;
- *there was an error in the estimate;
- *We could not deliver to the address you provided.

Product information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, because the actual colors you see depend on your monitor display, we cannot guarantee that any color will accurately reflect the color of the product upon delivery.
All dimensions and measurements are approximate, however we make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time the relevant information was entered into our system. We reserve the right to reject orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Merchandise is subject to availability. Because there is a delay between the time the order is placed and the time the order is accepted, the stock position related to particular items may change. If an item you ordered becomes out of stock before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for out of stock items.
We are continually updating our online store. From time to time our retail stores may launch special local promotions (which may not be available on our website) or we may offer special online discounts that are not available in retail stores.
Purchase of products
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Failure to accept an order may, for example, result from any of the following: unavailability of the ordered product, inability to obtain payment authorization, identification of an error in product information, including price or promotion.
If there are any problems with your order we will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase from you at any time.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card , Paypal and bank transfer.
All prices include VAT at current rates and are correct at the time the information is entered into the system. The total cost of the order consists of the price of the products ordered plus shipping costs.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses or does not authorize payment to us for any reason, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery.
