How can I return one or more products?

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase; however, if you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, please note that we will accept returned returns within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

Make sure the products are in the original condition and packaging. Don’t forget to include the order number so that we can identify and process the return.

If you have received a defective item, before returning your order, please contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to help you.

How long do I have to return one or more items?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send the goods back to us for a refund. You must contact us and return the items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

What are the return options and costs?

Please note that we are not responsible for costs. We recommend that you use a delivery service such as DHL. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in return delivery. Returned goods must be securely packed as we will not accept returned goods damaged in transit.

Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Keep in mind that credit card companies only allow refunds on the card used to pay for the original order. Keep in mind that it may take up to seven business days for your refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

By what means will I receive reimbursement?

Keep in mind that we have no control over when the refunded funds reach your bank account. Although it usually happens much sooner, it can take up to 14 business days for the transaction to be processed by the card issuer and the bank.

Any refunds will be refunded via the original payment method, such as credit/debit card or Paypal. Once the refund is issued, it usually takes 2-3 business days for the funds to be credited. You will be refunded the full amount minus the original shipping cost.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

If you received a defective item, before returning your order, please contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to help you

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in the original packaging and with all original brand labels still attached.
