Bortoletti Fonderia Artistica
Magnifying Glass is a precious collection of great elegance with different materials and workmanship, wood, Murano glass beads, glass paste and Venetian murrina, set in bronze casting, handcrafted by art masters in the Bortoletti workshop. A tasteful and valuable desk furniture accessory with a design that never goes out of style. White bronze chiseled by hand by skilled craftsmen.
The magnifying glass is a simple yet impressive item designed to add a touch of class to your home or office desk. Fused aventurine processing is a mixture of glass and copper crystals that gives a shiny, metallic effect to decorations and is applied in Murano glass during processing, invented in the 1600s on the island of Murano.
Classy Italian craftsmanship in the collection of magnifying glasses, tasteful and fine jewelry that is well suited for an original gift. Another workmanship is Venetian pearl applied to bronze with manual chiseling giving rise to these one-of-a-kind jewels.
The characteristics of a handmade product involve not only the workmanship but also the choice of materials used, which must be of the highest quality. For Bortoletti, murrina represents the perfect synthesis between his Venetian origins and his passion for design; between art and the creative ferment of craftsmanship. A very old technique that dates back to the early 1900s and is currently made only on the island of Murano by Murano master glassmakers.
