When will my order be processed and shipped?

The goods will be prepared and given to the courier within 1-2 working days after receiving the order.

Are the visible prices VAT (Value Added Tax) compliant? Are they in euros?

Prices are VAT-compliant and displayed in Euros.

Can I change or cancel my order?

What payment methods can I use?

The following payments are accepted: Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

Are the payments secure?

Yes, every purchase is made with maximum security.
To protect your credit card purchases, you will be asked to enter the CVV code with each order.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery is entrusted to DHL express courier with nationwide delivery within 2 to 4 days.

Which courier will deliver my order?

Delivery is entrusted to the express courier company DHL

Where will my order be shipped from?

We ship all orders from our Marcon (Venice) location.

What happens if I am not at home when my package is delivered?

Three delivery attempts will be made, after which the package will be returned to the sender.

Why is my order being delayed?

Bortoletti Boutique is not responsible for unexpected delays in delivery beyond our control.

How can I return one or more products?

Customers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal must send us notice of withdrawal to the email address boutique@bortoletti.it and return the products to us within the aforementioned 14-day period.

How long do I have to return one or more items?

Within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
This right applies to all products contained on the site.

What are the return options and costs?

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

By what means will I receive reimbursement?

The refund will be made through the same payment method chosen during the purchase. In case of payment by Paypal, the refund will be made by re-crediting the Customer’s Paypal account.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

In case of a defective item, send us an email to boutique@bortoletti.it with detailed photos of the product.
