For use, wax can be melted with an alcohol lamp, kitchen lighter or colander heated over a flame. A quality sealing wax should melt quickly and remain fluid to allow for an accurate impression.
After imprinting the seal, it is recommended to wait for about twenty seconds before removing it, in order to achieve perfect marking.
