Which shipping carrier do you use?

Shipments are handled by our logistics partners—UPS, FedEx, TNT, and DHL—and we select the most appropriate carrier based on the destination.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Marcon (Venice), Italy.

What happens if I’m not there when the package is delivered?

If you are not home, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts in accordance with its operating procedures. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be returned to the sender.
