Tradition and innovation come together in Venice

Bortoletti was founded in Venice, a city where art, craftsmanship, and culture have coexisted for centuries. It is here that a story shaped by a passion for craftsmanship, innovation, and a deep respect for tradition takes shape.

Over time, the experience gained through work and ongoing research has fostered a natural evolution of the creative and production process. This journey has also given rise to valuable collaborations with artists Elio Martella and Agostino Venturini, who have brought new designs, forms, and interpretations to the world of Bortoletti.

Their artistic sensibility gives rise to creations that tell the story of the past through a contemporary lens, preserving the essence of Venetian tradition while reinterpreting it with elegance and personality.

Every object begins with an idea and takes shape through the patient work of skilled hands. It is a journey made up of steps, expertise, and attention to detail, in which each artisan contributes to transforming the material into something authentic and one-of-a-kind.

SKILLED HANDS, PRECIOUS MATERIALS

Bronze, Murano glass, and wood are among the materials that give shape to Bortoletti’s creations. These materials are chosen for their character, their beauty, and their ability to stand the test of time, transforming each object into something to be cherished and passed down through the generations.

Our mission is to harness fire and transform matter into art. A primordial energy becomes a creative force, guiding the material from its raw state to a finished form, rich in identity and meaning.

Today, Bortoletti continues to engage with contemporary tastes while remaining true to the values that have defined its history: tradition, authenticity, innovation, and respect for its roots.

Each creation is handcrafted according to the principles of Venetian craftsmanship. Items for writing, calligraphy, and gift-giving thus become an expression of a distinctive style, in which functionality, materials, and decoration coexist in harmony.

Bortoletti creations are designed for those seeking something that goes beyond a mere object: a meaningful gift, a collector’s item, or an authentic memento of Venice and its artisanal culture.
