The Murano glass wax seal is a fine example of Venetian craftsmanship, made of authentic Murano glass and enriched with fine threads of aventurine fused into the glass by master glassmakers Bortoletti.
The presence of aventurine gives brightness and depth to the glass, creating precious reflections that make each seal unique and elegant.
Available in five colors-black, blue, turquoise, red and ivory-it fits perfectly with different styles and uses, from classic to contemporary.

The Murano glass wax seal can be personalized with initials or symbols, choosing from a variety of characters: English italic, Gothic, block letters or double combinations, offering maximum creative freedom.
Made exclusively in the Bortoletti workshop using the traditional lampworking technique, it represents a perfect balance of design, artistic workmanship and functionality.
For use, the sealing wax can be melted with alcohol lamp, kitchen lighter or colander heated directly over the flame. Good sealing wax should melt quickly without burning and remain workable to allow for an accurate impression.
After imprinting the seal, it is recommended to wait about twenty seconds before removing it, to achieve a clean and defined result.
For an even more sophisticated effect, the imprint can be finished with gold or silver cream, enhancing the details of the relief.
